I think I am being punished for not able to bow to this Manager (my boss does this and she calls it partnership). Our Expertise > Employment Law > Helping Employees > Unfair Dismissal > How to write a PG letter. The worst part of all is the fact that my boss is close with one of the high level Managers who happens to be a micromanager and extremely bossy in her ways and behaviors. She can not answer my questions half of the time and I mostly figure things out on my own. This is seen as cheating on your taxes, which is a felony. It is hard to communicate with her because she is inexperienced, have no formal HR education, or prior experience in HR. I understand I've made mistakes but then I was never told that mistakes during my training will not be tolerated. I don't agree with the points because I thought I was being trained on and had time to learn and improve. But today I was given a final written warning (without any prior verbal warning) with few points about my performance. I've been working diligently to learn and excel at my job. I'm in HR & have been employed with the company for about 8 months.
